OGDEN, Utah - Three SkyWest Airlines planes scheduled to land at Salt Lake City International Airport Friday morning were diverted to Ogden Hinckley airport due to fog. Passengers were not allowed to deplane at the Ogden airport. Barbara Gann, a spokeswoman for Salt Lake International Airport, said some of SkyWest Airlines' smaller regional jets don't have the instrumentation to handle the fog.

A representative for SkyWest Airlines told FOX 13 News the planes were refueled in Ogden and they will take off for Salt Lake as soon as the fog clears. If you're expecting someone on a SkyWest Airlines flight, please call the airline at (800) 453-9417.
