SALT LAKE CITY, Utah—
About 200 Salt Lake County workers administered 7,000 doses at health clinics in Sandy, West Valley City, South Salt Lake and Downtown on a first come first serve basis Saturday morning. Each clinic was crowded with lines of people before the doors opened at 7:00 a.m. Gary Edwards runs the Salt Lake Valley Health Department and said he has never seen anything like the response to the H1N1 pandemic."This is really historic for public health. This is the largest vaccination effort in public health the country has undertaken," Edwards said.
