OREM, Utah -
"I was on my third pair of jeans when I saw it," said a woman who noticed while in a changing room stall, a cell phone camera on the floor face up and recording. The alleged peeping tom was in a stall next to her at Down East Outfitters in Orem. The victim talked to FOX 13, but did not want to be identified. She said she was trying on jeans when she noticed a man in the next room fiddling with a shirt on the floor. In the shirt she says she saw the camera sticking out.
She ran out of the stall and told the store manager to call police. Store employees say they were able to stall the man until police arrived. 24-year-old Donald Finlinson was arrested and charged with voyeurism.
