His debut album sold more than 900,000 copies and now David is back with "Christmas from the Heart." "It's always been something I've always loved to sing," said Archuleta. "It's been something that's really special for me to sing about. There's a real spirit to Christmas music." Next, David is heading out on a cross country holiday tour, which he doesn't hesitate to credit American Idol for making it all possible.
"The show just helped me for what was to come. And now from the show American Idol to going on tour and having a Christmas album and just being able to have done all the things I've done this year has been really great," he said.
