BOX ELDER COUNTY - Monday evening, a Utah Highway Patrol trooper south of Brigham City spotted smoke off of I-15 and discovered it to be from a burning dead body under a freeway overpass. The body, located under the 1100 South main arterial road, near the train tracks, was said to be a "likely suicide," according to Perry Police Chief, Mike Jones. Police say it was a woman's body that they believe may have been ignited using a flammable liquid. They also found a lighter and some paperwork near the scene.

Chief Jones says the incident is still an ongoing investigation.
