SALT LAKE CITY—
A new victim resource program called "Cans of Comfort" launched Wednesday in Salt Lake City. The program is a new resource for victims of violent crime created by survivors of the 2007 Trolley Square shootings. Vickie and A.J. Walker of Circle the Wagons delivered the first shipment of cans to Salt Lake City Police Department officers at Pioneer Precinct."Developed by someone who knows first-hand what it's like to go through such a tragedy, these cans provide invaluable information to help victims of crime recover," said Salt Lake City Police Chris Burbank.
