SALT LAKE CITY - A young couple is caught on tape allegedly passing a bad check. Now Cottonwood Heights Police need your help as they try to identify and arrest them. Officer Beau Babka calls these people the "face of crime right now." Babka and his detectives believe the couple is part of a larger, check fraud ring tied to car prowls and burglaries where victims have purses, wallets and personal identification taken.

Babka says the cases tie up officers' time and cost the community tens of thousands of dollars. If you recognize the suspects, call Cottonwood Heights Police at (801) 944-7100.
