Cottonwood Heights has the highest DUI arrest rate per capita in the entire state. So police are putting Breathalyzers in the hands of bars, trying to bring those numbers down. Bar patrons can ask to have the alcohol test done on a voluntary basis. One such bar, The Huddle, had the breath tester out Friday night for anyone to try.
"We've had people that have already taken it that are questionable and they've actually taken a cab home rather than get in their car and drive," says sports bar patron, Justin Beesley.
