SALT LAKE CITY—
Dozens of gay couples showed their affection on Temple Square Sunday, in defiance of the LDS church. The 'Kiss In' was organized by the LGBT community of Salt Lake. It's in response to an incident that happened Thursday evening when a gay couple claims they were detained by LDS church security. They were cited for tresspassing after they kissed each other on the Main Street Plaza. Organizers say the "Kiss In" is about showing that all couples should be able to show affection.There will be more on News at Nine.
