AMERICAN FORK—
A large fox is perched on a billboard along southbound I-15 in American Fork. Actually it's the mascot for the Utah Flash, an NBA development league. The Flash Fox is trying to boost season ticket sales by vowing to camp on the billboard until the team sells 500 season tickets. He's been up there since Friday and still has 461 more tickets to go.With a small chair, a tent and a laptop, he's staying busy by chatting with fans online and updating a web camera. Utah Flash fans have been visiting the fox and dropping off snacks. The team delivers food on a rope the fox pulls up from his perch. The mascot endured sun and heat over the weekend and will take shelter in his billboard den if it rains tonight.
