SALT LAKE CITY - Three more people in Utah have died of the H1N1 virus. But over all, the state health department now says cases have declined for the third week in a row. And that could be why some counties are seeing less demand for the vaccine. Davis County offered the general public H1N1 vaccinations Wednesday, just a day after Weber/Morgan offered their own public availability. The Bear River Health Department, Salt Lake Valley Health Department, Utah County Health Department and Southwest Utah Public Health Department, however, say they are still limiting H1N1 vaccinations to people in priority groups.
