HERRIMAN, Utah - The city of Herriman celebrated its tremendous growth by nearly 2,000 percent during its tenth birthday on Saturday. Herriman City was incorporated in 1999 with only 777 residents. Now with over 19,000 and getting closer to 20,000 residents, the city had much to celebrate at W & M Butterfield Park with food, games and meeting new and old friends.
