HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah - Hill Air Force Base took a major step Thursday in increasing its energy efficiency. Roughly 1,400 solar panels have been installed on the base and were commissioned Thursday morning. The solar panel installation, which is in an open field on the west side of the base, is the largest of its kind in Utah.
