SALT LAKE CITY -
Rick Koerber, the CEO of Franklin Squires, was in court Friday arraigned in regards to an alleged $100 Million fraud scheme that bilked real estate investors. Some of the prosecution's allegations say that Koerber misused funds, spending investors money on cars and expensive outings. Koerber faces federal mail and wire fraud as well as tax evasion charges. Koerber's attorney, Jerry Mooney, says this case is complicated and they have a lot of evidence to pour over.
