Paul Millsap signed a four year contract worth $32 Million with the Portland Trailblazers. The Jazz have 7 days to match it. It's been reported that the Blazers front-loaded the contract and will pay Millsap $10.3 Million the day the contract becomes effective next week, which will be part of the $11.9 Million he'll earn in the first season. The Jazz are already $4 Million over the luxury tax. But matching Millsap's contract could be difficult.FOX 13's Jeff Reineer has more.
