LEHI, Utah - A private developer wants to help alleviate traffic congestions in Northern Utah County and build a $600 M bridge over Utah Lake. Leon Harward said the $600 M project will be an East/West corridor in Utah County and will not use any tax payer money. The proposed seven-mile bridge will connect to 800 North in Orem to Saratoga Springs.

The multi-million project is planned to be a toll bridge and does have the support of UDOT. However, Harward said he can't go forward with the project without the state's agreement. The state is collecting public comment until November 30.
