SALT LAKE CITY - According to an local Salt Lake based advocacy group, rising health insurance costs are the single largest problem facing small businesses."It used to be that it was affordable for us, and it no longer is," says Betsy Burton, co-owner of King's English Book store. Burton says that rising health insurance costs consume more than a third of her business expenses. A group called The Small Business Majority teamed up with local businesses to release a survey. They found that out of 300 small businesses, 60 percent don't offer health insurance because it's cost prohibitive.
