WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah - An alleged flasher was arrested and booked into the Salt Lake County Jail accused of exposing himself near a daycare center in West Valley City. Police said 30-year-old, Saul Casares exposed himself just outside the property line of a daycare center. He allegedly opened the towel and did a dance while exposing himself. He then walked back to his apartment complex and sat on a public bench with his towel left open. Police said Casares faces charges of lewdness.
