EAGLE MOUNTAIN, Utah -
A North Salt Lake man is arrested after allegedy killing another man with his car in Eagle Mountain Saturday night. Police said 26-year-old Eric Porter was arguing with 29-year-old Brett Ostler during a house party.
The argument turned physical as Porter got in his car to leave and Ostler fell out of the car during the fight. Police said Porter allegedly ran over and Ostler. Police believe it was an accident.
Sgt. Spencer Cannon said, "He's been very forthcoming with us in identifying himself initially as the person who hit the victim and in providing information about what happened."
