SALT LAKE CITY -
About 200 people participated in a rally and march Tuesday in support of Tim DeChristopher, who is accused of sabotaging an oil and gas lease auction in December of 2008. DeChristopher's arraignment is Tuesday, and he faces two felony charges for allegedly placing bogus bids at the federal lease auction. DeChristopher won 13 parcels covering 22,000 acres near Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. DeChristopher said he never intended to pay the $1.8 million owed for the parcels. FOX 13's Katy Carlyle has the story.
