A section of a Tesoro refinery building caught fire Wednesday evening. Fire crews responded to a large blaze that occurred at around 9:00 p.m. According to authorities at about 2:00 p.m. the facility had a power outage. And when the power was restarted, crude oil that had leaked around some stacks ignited violently to cause the blaze. No one was injured in the fire and no evacuations were initiated. As of 10:00 p.m. fire crews were putting out hot spots.
