CEDAR HILLS, Utah - Utah County now has a new Walmart, but not everybody is happy about it. After years of controversy the store was forced to make certain concessions just to open in the area. Now the deal is done and Wednesday morning Walmart opened its doors to the public. Fox 13 Nineveh Dinha was there for the controversial grand opening in Cedar Hills.
