SALT LAKE COUNTY - A former teacher's aide in the West Jordan School District is accused of having a sexual relationship with two 15-year-old students. Andrea Billingsly worked as a part-time aide at West Jordan Middle School from August of 2008 to May, 2009. Police say her relationship with the two students eventually turned criminal. FOX 13's Katy Carlyle has more.
