KAYSVILLE, Utah (AP) - Police say a 17-year-old girl has been killed in a four-vehicle crash in Davis County. The Utah Highway Patrol says Rachel Vigil was traveling north on U.S. 89 when she swerved hard to the left and struck an SUV, causing her car to spin into oncoming traffic. The car then collided with two southbound trucks on the passenger and driver's side. Helicopter medics attempted to resuscitate Vigil, but she was pronounced dead.

UHP Sgt. Kim Farnsworth says Vigil was wearing a seatbelt and the accident is under investigation.
