SALT LAKE CITY - Thousands of Utahns so far took a break this weekend by attending the 2009 Utah Arts Festival. Last year, over 77,000 attended the festival and ogranizers say numbers this year will be comparable to last. The festival includes artists, concerts, art collectors and people just looking to have fun. On Saturday, attendance was better than usual. The festival ends Sunday night at at 11 p.m.
