CLEARFIELD, Utah - Clearfield police say a gang member charged with attempted murder is behind bars because of FOX 13 tipsters informing police. However the arrest was for the brother of the featured suspect, Paul Rivera. Ramon Rivera was the man arrested for armed robbery and attempted murder. Police say that Ramon was the one caught on surveillance camera robbing the Clinton Family Dollar store in mid-August. 12 days later, police say Ramon shot a man in the head and left him for dead in his own driveway. The victim later recovered. But detectives say that if it wasn't for the report on his brother that he may still be at large and a danger to the community.

FOX 13's Scott McKane has more.
