UTA Won't Run Buses, Trains on Thanksgiving
SALT LAKE CITY (AP) - Don't go looking for public transportation in Salt Lake City on Thanksgiving. The Utah Transit Authority will not be running buses, Trax or Frontrunner service on Thursday. Regular weekday service resumes on Friday. UTA officials are encouraging the public to avoid traffic and parking congestion by taking public transportation to downtown Salt Lake City for shopping and holiday activities.
