Utah has launched a new Web site that may have become a possible model for other states. Utah Health Exchange is a healthcare reform Web site to purchase and compare a variety of health coverage plans. Norman Thurston, Utah Health Policy Coordinator said, "With the launch of the new Utah Health Exchange, we have set the stage for Utah being one of the possible models that other states might want to do something without Federal Reform."
