The Utah House and Senate are overwhelmingly Republican, so it's probably no surprise that our Republican Insiders have much higher hopes for the outcome of this year's legislative session.
Almost 60 percent of our Republican insiders are "very confident" lawmakers will do the job fairly, with about 31 percent "somewhat confident." Democrats are a mirror image, with 46 percent "not at all confident" and 38 percent reported being "not too confident."
