Voters in West Valley City have two big decisions -- a new mayor in a hotly contested race and a $256 Million bod for the Granite School District. Every city has elections; West Valley, Provo and West Jordan all have retiring mayors. Those are the state's second, third, and fourth biggest cities. A factor that can sway votes on election night that is not politically tied: weather.
