A West High School teacher who was accused of having a sexual relationship with a student was found not guilty Friday. Jose Fanjul, 45, had adamantly denied the charges, which included forcible sodomy and forcible sexual abuse. Fanjul had been accused of engaging in sexual acts with a 16-year-old student in his classroom, the school elevator and in his home. The four day trial included testimony from the alleged victim and West High School's Principal, Margery Parker.
