Long lines formed at Utah's newest grocer Monday as people wanted to be first to catch a look and grab a bargain at Winco. The Idaho-based grocery store chain opened stores in Midvale and West Valley City. They claim they will be the low price leader in the area for groceries. Winco doesn't charge membership fees, but you have to bag your own groceries. People we talked to didn't seem to mind. Many say they saw savings of about 50 to 60 dollars on an average cart of groceries. The stores are open 24 hours a day.
