The State Board of Education is holding a public forum Thursday night on the Common Core Standards.
The Common Core Standards are educational standards developed and adopted by states to help teachers make sure their students have the skills and knowledge they need.
The meeting begins at 6 p.m. at the Granite School District Board Room (2500 South State Street, South Salt Lake).
