The Utah 1033 Foundation is an organization devoted to helping the families of officers who are killed in the line of duty.
Mona Steen, co-founder of the Utah 1033 Foundation, came to the FOX 13 News studio Wednesday to discuss the ways they help the law enforcement community, including their efforts on behalf of the family of Cory Wride, a Utah County officer who was killed last week.
The foundation delivered a check to Wride's family after he was killed.
Wride was laid to rest Wednesday.
