2 pounds ground beef
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
4 oz. cheddar cheese, cubed
4 oz. mozzarella cheese, cubed
2 tablespoons canola oil
Salt and Pepper, to taste
4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
4 tomato slices
8 pickle chips
4 English muffins, split, toasted
Mix the ground beef, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper in a large bowl and form the mixture into 8 equal-size patties. Press a couple cubes of each cheese into the center of four of the patties and cover completely each with second patty. Seal edges with fingertips. Grill burgers until desired doneness. Serve each burger on an English muffin. Top with mustard, tomatoes and pickles.
