The Utah Seismograph Stations at the University of Utah reported a small micro earthquake Monday morning.

It was a magnitude 2.57 and struck around 11:25 a.m. and was centered about two miles from Saltair.

It is one of hundreds of aftershocks and micro earthquakes to hit the region since the magnitude 5.7 earthquake that hit near Magna on March 18.
