One new death reported in Sunday's COVID-19 numbers

473 new cases have been confirmed by the Utah Department of Health.

That brings the statewide total to 41,175 total cases since March.

Approximately 29,389 of those cases tested positive without passing away due to the virus, and are considered recovered.

The rolling 7-day average of positive cases is 447 per day, or roughly 10% of those tested.

203 people are currently hospitalized. 2,430 have been hospitalized since March.

One new death has been reported: A woman in Davis County between the ages of 65 and 84 who was a resident in a long-term care facility.
