SALT LAKE CITY — Northrop Grumman, Utah's largest aerospace and defense company, is looking for people to join their team.

'We have more than 600 active positions in Utah, and are hiring at Hill Air Force and across the Wasatch Front for all skill levels of jobs, from entry-level technicians, to engineers, to people with financial skills," a statement from Northrop Grumman said.

The company is working on important aerospace projects, including the next generation of intercontinental ballistic missiles and a space launch system meant to send Americans back to the moon.

Northrop Grumman also works directly with the US Air Force and private aviation companies.

“Both commercial and military aircraft, we work on composites and components for those aircraft here in the state of Utah. For example, we build the skins of the F-35 right here in Utah and I think that’s pretty cool that people may not know about Northrop Grumman," said Katie Qian, Director of Air Force Programs, Northrop Grumman Propulsion Systems.
