SALT LAKE CITY — It will be a chilly start to the day Monday with Salt Lake City at 40 degrees, Logan at 29 and Evanston, Wyoming at 15.
It will warm up to 47 in Salt Lake City, but that's 14 degrees below the average of 61 for April 13.
Unsettled weather during the week with a chance of storms.
It should warm up and dry out by the weekend.
