A series of storms will move through over the next few days, breaking up the inversion and bring much better air quality. A dry cold front will slide across the state today, but a slightly stronger weather system will scour out most of the pollution tomorrow. A few light snow showers are possible in the Northern Valleys on Friday. A stronger storm will bring widespread snow on Saturday, with accumulations possible all the way down to the valley floors.
