Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Season the tilapia filets with salt and pepper. On 3 plates or large bowl, place the flour, eggs and bread crumbs on each. Lightly beat the eggs. Season the flour with salt and pepper. Dust each filet in the flour, shaking off the excess, then the eggs, then cot in the breadcrumbs. Place the filets on a greased baking dish. Bake for 8-10 minutes depending on thickness.
In a food processor or blender, add the butter and the next 6 ingredients. Add salt and pepper, to taste. Mix together. Pour in a pan and heat on medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Serve each filet with 2-3 tablespoons of herb butter sauce over the top.
