Fire crews have rescued a 5-year-old girl who was stuck in mud at Sugar House Park.
Crews on the scene say the girl was stuck in mud in the pond at the Sugar House Park. The mud had risen midway to her knees. Fire crews built a bridge to the girl using backboards and were able to rescue her by 4:30 p.m.
They say the girl is in good spirits and appears unharmed.
