1 lb white American cheese-cubed 3c. half & half 3c. fresh salsa 1T chipotle 1c water 4 oz chorizo-cooked
1. Cut pound of white American cheese into cubes.
2. Cook chorizo (spicy Mexican sausage) in a pan.
3. In a double boiler add all ingredients.
4. Cook over medium heat until cheese has melted.
5. Stir frequently to avoid burning.
Best served with chips, salsa and fresh guacamole.
