Yield: Makes about 14 balls
½ cup chunky peanut butter
½ cup toasted wheat germ
1 ripe banana
Mash the banana with the peanut butter. Stir in the wheat germ then roll in toppings of your choice. Chill to set.

Crushed graham cracker crumbs
Crushed peanuts
