Julie Webb-Townsend is a teacher at Roy High School, which made headlines last month after a detailed plot by two students to bomb a school assemble was discovered and prevented.
Webb-Townsend's new book is titled "The Totally Awesome You: Inside-Outside Teen Power." It aims to help teachers and parents deal with stress and to help prevent tragedies like the recent shooting in Chardon, Ohio.
