A fourth top executive has left the Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control after more than 20 years on the job.

Compliance Division Director Earl Dorius resigned on Thursday. In his letter of resignaton, Dorius reportedly said he’s leaving because he had received gifts from an individual holding a liquor license.

Legislative auditors are continuing their investigation of the agency.
