As spring begins to kick in, so does allergy season.

Allergy specialist Dr. Kevin Wilson, from the University of Utah, spoke with Good Day Utah on Wednesday about common triggers and how to fight those spring allergies.

Dr. Wilson said triggers in the spring are commonly trees, where as allergy reactions in the late spring and summer are often triggered by grass pollen.  He said over-the-counter medicines can help, but prescription nasal sprays are best for congestion.
