Mark MacDonald shows Big Budah how use a treadmill as he starts his 90-day weight loss challenge on Tuesday.

"This is the thing, it's about working out smarter, not harder," said MacDonald.  He says to set the treadmill at an incline to increase fat burning.  Watch the video to hear more tips from MacDonald.
