- 2 Telera Rolls (substitute foccacia)
- 4 whole eggs
- 2oz. shredded cheese
- 2oz. Sliced ham
- 2 bacon strips, cooked
- Jalapeno pepper cut into strips
- 1 T mayo
- pan spray or oil
Heat ham and bacon in a pan or on a griddle and place on the bottom of the roll. Scramble eggs, peppers and cheese and place on top of ham and bacon. Spread mayo on top roll and serve.
