- 2 C assorted berries (strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, Etc.)
- 1/3 C Agave syrup
- 2/3 C water
- Fresh Mint Sprigs
- 1Cinnamon Stick
Place agave, water and cinnamon in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. While syrup is heating, clean berries and place into a mixing bowl. Add 6-8 mint leaves to fruit and pour syrup over top. Mix gently and serve immediately over ice cream, ladyfinger cookies or use as a topping for sponge cake.
